DScaler: Providers.cpp line: 488 Message: Can't load Hardware Driver

Hello,

fresh installation of DScaler here on Win10, getting this issue:

DScaler opens for a short time, then closes after this error. How do I fix it?

It is my understanding that Dscaler does not work on Win10. It works on Win7 (Win8 ??)

This I read here a while back when I was attempting to recc. the s/w for a task and was thus informed.
