I, and others are prepared to help you, but from the vague information you have given its a physical impossibility.

You do not name the service, the webpage, the video, your operating system, the programs you are using, the error messages you are receiving etc etc.

From the other rant (sorry) topic, such info is beyond this member.

He wants to provide ANY info privately. Whilst the helper might accept that, it is against the aims of the forum which, as its name implies, is an open discussion so that anyone can glean from the assistance (even if anyone else simply does not bother to search but ask the same again and again)


And providing the info privately does in itself draw, possibly incorrect, conclusions as to the purpose which in itself violates forum rules.

Do you think that one is going to be so stupid as to help publicly when you read certain messages from some people that I won't even bother to say? do you really believe this? Well it is obvious that one does not want to, I have not wanted to for a long time, when I say help I mean to really help not to give the key and that's it and surely many are doing like me I have no doubt, if you knew the face you get when you help many and then when you ask for help the only thing you get stupid answers or you imagine why I will continue helping my friends on this forum by private who are the only ones who deserve all my respect.

You said you dont just want the keys, you want proper help; so this means you must have your own L1 cdm ? But you dont know how to make a licence challenge ?
