can someone help me. I is possible to download m3u8 streaming video to some cloud online or any orher server online?

For example, i have this link, its offical streaming from the channel webpage and it works in vlc

I want to record something from that channel but first to some online server than i will download it from there to my pc. Is that possibe and how?
