Portable Windows Video DownLoader & SubTitles?

Am very impressed with the YouTube VPRO Documentary Channel!

Only problem is my Dutch is zero.

While can switch on English subtitles and watch in real time would like to be able to download the video with subtitles and study these videos more closely.

The video I am trying to download is Shoshana Zuboff on surveillance capitalism | VPRO Documentary https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hIXhnWUmMvw which is excellent!

I am able to download it with FireDM but Loose the subtitles.

Appreciate any recommendations concerning portable downloaders that can keep the subtitles.

I am new to all this and have only used gui apps so need to do some reading to get up to speed.

Can you recommend a beginners guide for using yt-dlp?

Did a quick G search and found: Summary of how to use 'yt-dlp' that can download movies such as YouTube and Nico Nico video with the highest image quality and high sound quality, age-restricted movies can also be downloaded at once https://gigazine.net/gsc_news/en/20220101-yt-dlp/

The English ver looks Very Interesting, but my Japanese is also zero so there are some sections that I have???

Hope you can recommend a beginners guide to get me started!

Personally I just use the help available with the command yt-dlp -help.

It gives a reference to THIS.

While am a beginner, I had No problem downloading videos with FireDM portable.

DL yt-dlp and tried to access using cmd but was totally lost.

Am thinking would like to start with a GUI front end so Googled and found "there are several GUIs which have support for yt-dlp, yt-dlg, tartube and some others." https://www.reddit.com/r/youtubedl/comments/pzt051/are_there_any_good_guis_for_ytdlp/

Am asking you and others for GUI recommendations that can do this.
