Apple TV series decryption

Would you please help me with this?

It's using HLS (m3u8), and I used an extension called HLS Downloader

Chose one randomly and let it download:

But it is too big to open, so later I downloaded another smaller one and found that it couldn't open, maybe it is encrypted.

So I searched in the devtool and found this "license"

Confused that it didn't encrypt the whole license request process...

And the return is something that starts with "CAIS..."
So now I've got the video, but how to decrypt it... maybe with the "CAIS..." stuff?
