Does anyone know how to add encryption to a vcd? I have some personal videos i dont want my room mate copying can anyone help

Exactly!
Adding "encryption" to a VCD is not possible in the same way it isn't possible to add "encryption" to VHS. Anything robust you do to the VCD that makes it copy-protected also probably make it unreadable on VCD/DVD players.
