error dumper extracts the cdm and weighs only 1 kb

I try to extract the cdm and when I extract it I check the folder that was created with the name of my device and I find the cdm but I see that it only weighs 1 kb and not 2 kb which I don't know why this error happens.

And I also tried with some platforms and all of them extracted the file weighing only 1 kb.

Don't worry about filesize provided you got the right files. What are the names of your files?
From what I have seen they will range from anywhere 1-1.8kb

The names of the files are 4445.bin and 4445.json, but I already tried putting them inside wks-keys and when I try the l3.py command entering pssh and license it gives an error and I suppose that is why it is not extracting the file very well cdm the dumper.

It seems it wasn't successful otherwise you would have gotten files like .bin and .pem for client_id and private_key respectfully. Wait for any experts to give further guidance.

I already tried that and it keeps downloading only 2 files: one in .bin format and the other in .json format

I just read all the information in that post and I did everything as user angela said, however I see two users who gave them the same error as me and I don't see any solution to that in that post

These are other recommendations people gave over time which you can try:

• Downgrade OS
• If DRMinfo app is showing L1 then make sure to downgrade it to L3. You can do that renaming "liboemcrypto.so" file to something else.
