    i demultiplex a mpeg2 file with tmpegenc and i wanna add sequenwe headers so my phillips dvd can ff and fast back. but once MPEGSequenceMakerv0.2 finshes all i get is a scrambled file that looks worse than a bad macrovision rip. what do i do? see http://www.vcdhelp.com/panasonic.htm#addgop for more info
