Error message when draging files to potplayer - can not record video...

when draging files to the potplayer window, I sometime get the pop up screen that video can not be recorded. Im not trying to record any video, but cant find the setting to turn this message off.

Can someone help me with how to use potplayer to live stream video to youtube, facebook, etc


I want to connect my camera to laptop using capture card and then stream the video to youtube or other sites

I can find my video easily by opening device settings and can see the video in potplayer but how do I stream that video to youtube or facebook, etc
