Hi, can you tell me how you extracted the file. I think after that we have to use aes decryption with 20 lenght key to get the exact video file.

There was a post on this forum last month that included lots of keys for gem files and an explanation of how to decrypt them. You'll have to search for it though, I think it ended up getting locked.
