    I am using a Blackmagic Mini HD to capture Mini DV tapes played on a Sony HDR M25U. Can anyone please tell me how I should set the the settings on the attached images? Link Link Link Link

    DV should be captured via firewire (iLink) using Sclive or WinDV.

    The BMD device has no DV connection, , depending on PAL or NTSC you set your input to that. (does the HDR M25U upscale?)
    The HDR M25U has more options ! it has component video out for your BMD device.
