Help downloading disneyplus keys

The Disney website has opened in the Gulf and I am trying to find the keys but I can't find the way, if I can get some help

I can't play it in 1080p or 4K, it always plays in 720p.

I got the m3u8 links with 1080p which is the highest quality but I can't get the pssh or the license header because I get error 83.

i also only get 720p max mpd link for Mena region with Firefox and only AAC Sound
any way to get 1080p and surround ?
since i heard Mena region is L3 for up to 4k

I tried the key I got from the 720p for the 1080p but it doesn't decrypt it.

The m3u8 with 720p max contain in their link ctr-all..... while the links with 1080p max contain in their link cbcs-all..............

The pssh of 1080p appears in the m3u8 link but does not work with the license obtained from the 720p, I think disneyplus requires CDM L1 for 1080p.

and the MPD Link start like this

Maybe because you are not in Mena Region
Disney Mena Region is using Hotstar
