No. There are plenty of good, in-production, devices that will capture VHS:

Plenty? No.
Some decent options? Perhaps. As with anything else in this Win10/11 era, there are caveats. I know that some users have found some, but it does tend to be PAL/NTSC specific as well. The era of easy capture is over, unless you're willing to use legacy OS and cards, and there's really no reason to resist legacy. You shouldn't be using your daily online system for video capture.

After all, what could be more technical and less ambiguous than math? Please, share some pearls of your wisdom.
