Hello Guys and Gals -

I bought a new desktop in 2020 and put Handbrake on it. It worked great, but I recently upgraded my SSD and had to re-install Windows. Now, the first pass of encoding a M2TS file requires nearly three hours to complete, when it used to take two to three minutes for the first pass. Once it makes to the second pass, it's the usual 30-35 minutes to encode. I'm running Windows 10 with all updates and the latest Handbrake, 1.5.1. I'm not sure what I did differently. If anyone has a suggestion as to where to look for a fix, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
