Does anyone use WinDVR to capture with? I thought I had it all setup capturing good and then I changed channels and my results totally changed. Is this normal? I am capturing with my cable signal.
Thanks

One thing you need to know about cable signal
Cable signal varies from channel to channel, each one is on a different frequency, that would cause your problem,
Try passing the Cable signal through a VCR ( some boost the signal )
If that does not work maybe try running the cable into the card using RCA jacks or S-Video ( digital cable only with digital box )
That set up gives me excellent picture quality
