Hi there, I am new to subtitles editing, sorry, if it sounds liek a noob question.
I often need to "join - concatenate" two lines together.
[Attachment 65139 - Click to enlarge]
but it seems no keyboard shortcut to do so. Every time, I have to select two lines and right click the mouse -> browse the context menu -> click the function.
Please anyone can help, There is no way to setup my own shortcut of this command? either in MacOS , I tried but doesn't work (Maybe I did wrong)
Any ideas or suggestions are grateful, even you can recommend another subtitle app with this specific function w/ shortcut available.
Thanks a lot in advance.

Reading https://aegi.vmoe.info/docs/3.0/Options/#index6h3 and opening Aegisub, I would say:
- open: View->Options
- select: Interface->Hotkeys (on the left)
- press: the '+' next to 'Subtitle Grid' (on the right)
- select: 'Subtitle Grid', press: 'New'
- in the 'Hotkey'-column press the shortcut you want
- in the 'Command'-column press the arrow down key on your keyboard until you reach 'edit/line/join/concatenate'
- press: 'Apply', then 'OK'
