Free Desktop MP4 Player That Can Crop In / Zoom In ?

When playing an MP4 on an Android smartphone you can re-center and zoom in / crop in to a portion of the video.

Is there a Free Windows MP4 player that can also allow you to zoom / crop in and re-position the center of an MP4 ?

I've not seen one. You can zoom with most players. I've not seen the option to reposition and zoom, likely as it's not necessary when you already have a much larger screen.

PotPlayer, I'm using the numpad shortcuts:

/ and * to zoom
4,5,6,8 to move
+ - to zoom window size
. (Del) to toggle reset, last used
