    Hi,

    I recently bought a used Sylvania Smart Tablet + DVD off ebay and have not been able to use it because it wants me to type in a password. The description says it works great but how do they know without knowing the password? I contacted the seller to see if they'd send me the password or a way to work without it but they didn't reply. They did agree to a return though after I contacted them again saying I'd get ebay involved so should I take that and buy another one making sure in advance it's not password protected? Or is there a way to use this one somehow?

    Search for how to perform a factory reset for your particular device.

    Depending on how new the tablet is doing a factory reset might not work.
