AVERMEDIA CE310B or IO DATA GV-USB2, which one and why?

Hello all!
First post here… I am from Brazil, and have to choose between two of these models…
The intention is to know which one is the best to capture lossless video with best quality. I know the importance of a good vcr and TBC, but that's not the point here.
If possible, I would like a very objective answer keeping in mind that I can only choose between these two models. Thank you!

I have the CE310B. Here is a short video about it. I did not mention it in the video, but no matter what driver version I've tried I am having up to 1 s of A/V un-sync for about 1 hr of footage, so I need to adjust audio to match the video.

I haven't used the IOData dongle but heard good things about it.
