It's a Vietnamese sports tv site. ll the video with DRM.
And this site need Vietnam IP(if you have vpn
I can't play video when i found m3u8 with developer tools in Chrome.

I have same problem. I can make request to license key url and it return a json include license but I don't know how to play stream with kodi or tivimate. have tried many ways, and no luck.
For example
