  1. I don't know if this is a common question, but i'm pretty sure i didn't see this in the faq or the stickie, my tmpgenc is NOT opening up svcd files, it just says,"File "C:\*****\*****.MPG" can not open, or unsupported." What kinda of error is that? and how can i fix that? Please help

  2. have you got a mpeg2 codec installed ? grab one uner the tools section here and it will then open the svcd mpeg file.

  3. yea, did that, same thing, now im at: http://www.vcdhelp.com/mpeg2tovcd.htm doing that walkthrough, and im having trouble opening d2v files now, and i installed the patch thing that made it able to work with it, freak'n hell, tmpgenc won't open ******* anything, im gettting hella pissed

    try >tools>encoders then get the tmpg mpeg 2 plugin

  5. I downloaded the tmpgenc mpeg2 plugin awhile back and it worked, but i formatted a couple days ago, so i did what i did before to get tmpgenc to work, BUT STILL won't open mpeg2 files now after getting the plugin for tmpgenc...

  6. i have the same problem....happens occasionally....usually after opening the same d2v file a few times...i wonder if the file somehow gets corrupted...i tried saving the file to a different location...seems to help....dont know if this is a problem with tmpge or not....havent tried the plug in....good luck

  8. im having a similar problem....tmpge wont open a d2v file...lol...from dvd2avi of course....says unsupported...wont open file...very curious...tmpge was working flawlessly..until this bug popped up....anyone having a similar problem? can frameserve again...and it will run...HELP!! LMAO

  9. OMFG!!! im still having the same damn problem when i got it to work just no more than a few days ago after the format! wtf is that?! What program do i need installed to open svcd's with tmpgenc on my computer, and should they be installed in any special way???
