opening PCM problem

hi there,
I've extracted a BD bonus content, a director interview, like I often do: by using useac3to.
it extract the video, an MPEG2, 480i60, subs in 6 different languages and 5 PCM audio files.

The weird thing is these PCM files have all the same name, english tag and size.
while I try to open one of them in mpc-hc, it says it cannot render the file.
if I try to use audacity, it can import the PCM but the sound is extremely amplified and nothing can be understood.
If I try to open it in useac3to in order to convert it to FLAC or AC3, I just cannot and the useac3to message is:

"This might be a RAW/PCM file. Trying to figure out the details.
This will probably take a while. Please be patient...
Was not able to figure out all parameters of this RAW/PCM file.
Please specify channel, bitdepth and endian parameters via command line."


what's going on?

edit: ok nevermind, sorry, I just realized that if I convert them to flac directly, instead of extract them in PCM, it works.

the problem is another now:
apart the incorrect audio tracks names which are always the same...

the bonuses are four, but
the n°2 video is cutted around 15m,
the n°3 is cutted around 12m,
the n°4 is complete but its lenght isn't 20m but 15m.
the n°5 is complete but its lenght isn't 20m but 12m.
