    Not sure what this +1 sign is, it showed up and im not sure where I clicked or keyboard shortcut I pressed to do this. Anyone knows?

    Been a while since I used Vegas, but that indicates your audio track has moved one frame out of sync with your video.

    If you don't want to just slip it back manually I believe there is a right click command to re-synchronize.
