Help identifying the right stream to download

Hi all! Could somebody help me understand how many resolutions the site offer for a stream and what is the best track among them (quality/resolution ratio)?

When I use yt-dlp to see tracks from the stream found at this site:

if I probe the main link I get with devtools

I tried to add those values because I saw that a greasemonkey script offered also those resolution downloading(https://greasyfork.org/it/scripts/2128-rai-play-video-download).
So I would like to know: what should I probe to know all availables resolutions?
And among those (given that I doubt they have a native 1080p resolution) how can I understand what is the original and what an upscaled version?
Is there any program I can use to scan those videos to identify which one has the greatest quality/resolution ratio?

you have already find the best resolution available 5000 mp4 1920x1080
so, what you need more?

I found that the site had the 1080 stream adding manually the value 5000 (after the values 1200,1800,2400) to the link I extracted with devtool:

https://streamcdnb1-b70cb04c54ab478189e9d8ee45637b13.msvdn.net/ostr1/podcastcdn/teche_.../playlist.m3u8

but I am not sure if there are other streams. Moreover I think that the streams with higher resolution are just upscaled version so I would like to know if there is a way to check if downloading the highest stream is worth the added MBs.
