Hello again.
I was going to make an ISO out of a VIDEO_TS folder yesterday. The software I was using is ImgBurn. Here's what files were included in that folder:
VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS.IFO
VIDEO_TS.VOB
VTS_01_0.BUP
VTS_01_0.IFO
VTS_01_0.VOB
VTS_01_1.VOB
VTS_01_2.VOB
VTS_02_0.BUP
VTS_02_0.IFO
VTS_02_0.VOB
VTS_02_1.VOB
VTS_02_2.VOB
VTS_03_0.BUP
VTS_03_0.IFO
VTS_03_0.VOB
VTS_03_1.VOB
VTS_03_2.VOB
VTS_04_0.BUP
VTS_04_0.IFO
VTS_04_0.VOB
VTS_04_1.VOB
VTS_04_2.VOB
VTS_05_0.BUP
VTS_05_0.IFO
VTS_05_1.VOB
However, when I went to make the ISO, I got an error saying that "VTS_05_0.IFO" file is not a valid IFO file. The solution may or may not seem obvious, but, what do you guys think I could do to fix this?

BUP files are backups of IFO files. I'd suggest making a copy of the BUP, renaming it as IFO, replacing the current IFO and trying again.
Well, it turns out that "VTS_05_0.VOB" wasn't really made for the DVD! -
VTS_05_0.VOB would be a Titleset menu. As there are Titleset menus for all of the other four Titlesets, I would expect there to be one for VTS_05 as well.
