  1. Hello I am trying to download the following video https://www.channel4.com/programmes/gogglebox/on-demand/62777-005 using the following command.

    Code:
    yt-dlp --no-part --restrict-filenames --user-agent "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:99.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/99.0" --referer "https://www.channel4.com/" "https://ak-jos-c4assets-com.akamaized.net/CH4_08_02_900_62777005001001_008/CH4_08_02_900_62777005001001_008_J01.ism/stream.mpd?c3.ri=13500707540504971757&mpd_segment_template=time&filter=%28type%3D%3D%22video%22%26%26%28%28DisplayHeight%3E%3D288%29%26%26%28systemBitrate%3C4800000%29%29%29%7C%7Ctype%21%3D%22video%22&ts=1650463380&e=600&st=uoY0QAqY0RunpHzvxHL0FpEfqv8k8uUYRqO4NxZa3sU" --allow-u
I get two files once the download is complete stream-[stream.mpdc3].faudio_eng=128000.m4a and stream-[stream.mpdc3].fvideo=2973000.mp4

I know these are the encrypted audio and video. I found the MediaKeySession::generateRequest PSSH AAAAZnBzc2gAAAAA7e+LqXnWSs6jyCfc1R0h7QAAAEYIARIQAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA1JDRBoIcmJtY2g0dHYiJDAwMDAwMDAwLTAw MDAtMDAwMC0wMDAwLTAwMDAwMzUyNDM0NDIA and tried using the Send Widevine Request from http://getwvkeys.cc/ but the keys that it returns aren't able to decrypt the audio or video.

I think I am messing up somewhere in here. I might have the license URL incorrect. Also I was doing this across firefox and chrome. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

    Thank you

  2. The step listed
    Code:
In your browser, open dev tools... play the video... filter 'acquire' to find the POST licence call... check the payload (all the info in blue is there)
doesn't show anything. I'm using chrome and when I open dev tools and search for 'acquire' in the console tab it is empty.

    Works on Chrome...

Try to type "widevine" or "license"
