VCD on more than one disc????

can i put high quality vcd's on more than one disc.
i have nero
i have followed the newbie guide to creating a vcd on one disc....but films over 1hr 30 seem to create very big files even tho setting it to an 80min disc. For example a 2hr 20 min film set at 80 mins with estimated file size of 753 still made a file size of 1.3GB???
do not mind this but would like to burn to 2 or more discs if this is the case with larger movies.
