  1. Hey guys!

    I am looking for a way to edit a MP4 file and change the playback frame rate without recoding the video - I simply want a video that has for example 30 fps to play at 25fps speed (and therefor be a bit longer). Adobe Premiere has an option for imported media called "interpret footage" where you can manually set the playback FPS - something like that.

    Woudl be awesome if you could help me out here

  2. If you live with MKV MkvToolNix can change the video and audio rates. Not all players will obey them though. And 30p to 25p would almost never be appropriate.
