Which field i should choose for study about video/audios?

Hello all,
I have just given exams for my HSC(Higher Secondary School Certificate /12th commerce class)
Which field/course i should choose after that?
I am interested in learning about videos and audios
Anyone know in which field I'll learn more about videos and audios?
