    I have a source that I'm trying to audio match. I know eac3to has "changeTo23.976" but that only seems to work with 25fps and not 24. The resulting file is the exact same size.

    I also have to use a GUI since I'm not great with using command line.

    Any suggestions on how to make UsEac3To to stretch it properly? Am I doing something wrong?

    You can use clever FFmpeg-GUI.
