after I convert from avi to mpeg,I can't open it with vcd Cr

I capture with Miro dc30+,I save as avi,then I convert to mpeg1 with TMPGEnc,but the vcd Creeator wont open that file it all.
please help.

Did you "Load" a template before you hit start

template for VCD-PAL or VCD-NTSC

do you mean in TMPGEnc or vcdCreator?
I convert the avi file to mpeg1 with TMPGEnc,then when I try it to burn on a cd as vcd using VCDcreator wont let me open it,said something like,,this file wont play in a vcd player...and VCD creator don't show any video file either...
when I rip a dvd work fine but when I want to make a vcd from a family video the VCD creator don't show any video file....

Y tried with Nero and work just fine,I wonder why don't work with VCD Creator...

When you load the AVI into TMPGEnc, before you start to convert you need to "load" a template, the tamplate will set TMPGENc to make the VCD with the correct spec.

Hit the load button and select a PAL or NTSC VCD template.
