  4. The latest GoPros are really steady. Just check out the youtube videos and see for yourself. But if you jump up and down when preparing food and videoing, that could be an issue.

    I guess it depends on if you shoot video drunk or not. Most torso movement is pretty slow & steady.

    I do not want to invest on a GoPros now but I want to take video with my iPhone mini only, what is the tool you'll recommend?

    As I take a prescribed beta blocker for my BP I can hand hold absolutely rock steady. My built in Steadicam!!!
