Until I realized it only downloads within the app, and not onto my PC. I'd like to save this video with the original audio onto my PC.
Could you guys recommend a free program to accomplish this? Thanks!

I don't think it's possible,. The video is protected by DRM, it's encrypted,
Amazon doesn't want you to have access to it outside of it's control

And you do NOT purchase the video. You purchase the right to view it.

It is, effectively, a rental and discussion beyond that is forbidden by the forum rules.

You think wrong then, its certainly possible to do with free tools, in minutes.

But as has been stated; Amzn discussions are not allowed on here, but Youtube videos ARE - and someone owns the copyright to them.

This is the flawed logic of Video Help forum staff and their make-it-up-as-you-go-along 'rules'

They also permit the discussion of circumventing widevine in one of the biggest threads on here.

I found a program called PlayOn. It's pretty cheap and does what I'm looking to do.

I think the site draws a distinction between paid, subscription sites and all others - or at least that's what I thought it was

PlayOn lets you download all movies purchased from subscription sites, yes. But it's only $4.99/month.

It's not difficult to do, user notaghost on here has a site you can use to get the keys, then you just need to download all the mpd dash segments and decrypt with mp4decrypt.exe. There's various tools on here you can use to download the segments to one large file.

Ask Amazon to send you Bluray copy.
