I read somewhere that it's best to remux or Copy DVD to HDD with eac3to. The reason is that it provides logs for any flaws in the ripping process and will let you know if there is a defect in some of the streams. I currently use Makemkv to make remuxes, use DVD fab to rip to VOBs, and use AnyDVD to rip disc to drive.
I am about to do a very large box set that consists of 163 DVDs so I want to make sure I get this right, not to mention, if I can scan them fast enough I can find out which discs/episodes might be defective.
Can someone assist me with using the CLI OR GUI of eac3 to do this?
Thank you
