  1. Hello I'd like to know what is the best tool to stretch the audio track of a movie (so lossless fiels DTS-HD.MA, EAC3.. and lossy files DTS and AC3) in order to change the speed/fps (23.9->24 or 23.9->25 or 25->23.9 etc..) and correct the pitch. The aim is to preserve the original audio quality as much as possible.
    I use archlinux, if possible I'd like to use a linux software, anyway as last chance there is the VM.

    1) I can change the speed using the "atempo" filter with ffmpeg but how to adjust the pitch too?
    2) Should I use ffmpeg or audacity? Do they produce the same result in terms of quality?
    3) Other trusted software suggestions are appreciated
