  1. Hello everyone,

    I would like a video editor - so I can trim the middle of a video, for instance.

    I would like to be able to load and save vtt files, so that when I trim the middle of a video, the subtitle timing from after the middle of the video keeps changed, so it is kept in sync.

    Does such a program exist?

  2. Convert the .VTT to .SRT with Subtitle Edit. Mux it with the video using MKVToolnix. Cut it with LosslessCut.

  3. Another valuable tool is MKVCutter for fine editing tasks. It's part of the MKVToolnix group as a standalone tool:

    Read the videohelp reviews to see if it meets the need. The user interface to SAVE is a bit quirky but it will do frame accurate cuts. More help here if needed.
