Don't keep asking the same thing just because you didn't follow directions. Even cats need to pay attention when they want something.
I deploy vlc x64 into hundreds of machines - silently - all the time.
I find it easier and more manageable administerially to not use the exe, instead use the msi. Then use with the msi the common batch/commandline switch for quiet mode - /qn.
