First time see such. Would need to convert it to MP4. I think latest HandBreak would read that DVD-RTAV structure, anything else to try?

Both Cyberlink PowerDirector and TMPGEnc MPEG Smart Renderer 6 can import VRO files. Both have free trials. However, I recommend Cyberlink's product for this. I had an old version of Cyberlink PowerProducer and found it was able to import a recording from a DVD-RAM's VRO file which TMPGEnc MPEG Smart Renderer failed to import.

Thanks. Meanwhile got it thru the means of VirtualDub2/All files/MPEG plugin. Works perfect.
