audio exponentially slows down

hi there
trying to capture some old dictaphone tapes with audio that exponentially slows down since recorded on an old reel to reel, probably portable, dictaphone machine without pinch roller and capstain i guess

anyone know of audio editing sw that will help me speed up up the recording exponentially by chance?

Do a google search on "After Effects time remap audio" or "after effects speed ramp audio". I think that will get you very close to what you are looking for.
