  1. Hello All,
Experienced this problem since the last two XMR updates (ver. 3551 & 3552).

Occasionally I will adjust a video's gain/volume using the "Filters/Preview - Audio Track - Volume Correction" filter. I "right-click" and then choose "enable" to turn it on. (I then analyse and "normalize" to the default of 89 db then run my recode). Everything comes out great.

Once finished, I "right-click" on the "Volume Correction" filter again and "Disable" for the next time (I don't want to leave it on as it's only required sparingly). The next time I launched XMR, it was disabled as desired.

However, since the last two updates (ver. 3551 & 3552) whenever I launch XMR, it is back on again and I have to "disable" manually every time even though I "disabled" at last use. Having this filter "enabled" unexpectedly will cause an audio recode with a gain difference that is unwanted.

This is now what a re-launch of XMR looks like after having disabled the filter at last use previously:

After testing previous versions (ver. 3545 and previous), the filter is "disabled" as expected upon re-launch of XMR:

    I have tried:
    1. All versions prior to the last two updates - and the filter is "disabled" as expected on those.
    2. A full uninstall (including all obvious references to XMR in the registry) and then a re-install of the current version.
    3. "Right-Click" and remove the filter entirely. It always returned in the "enabled" state on re-launch.

I'd like to keep the most recent XMR versions as I want the up-to-date FFMPEG that comes with them.

Curious if other XMR user's "Volume Correction" filter is now always enabled as a default or if it a switch that I've missed.

    Thanks All.

    Hi Cherry Picker,
I'm seeing the same behaviour as you are, in 3.5.5.2. Even after removing the filter, it reappears, enabled, on program restart.
Can't say I've ever used that filter, but I can understand this being annoying.
