  1. I just loaded the latest version of VSDC Pro (6.9). Before I was running an earlier version and everything exported as expected.
Now when I add a ProRes file and export as:

    Settings> HW Acc on.

    H.265 / HEVC Hardware Accelerated
    NVidia - Ultra Quality - Video: NVidia H.265 / HEVC; CRF: 16; Audio: AAC - 320 kbps

If I change the quality to higher than the default it does not change the bitrate and file size stays the same. Example, 4 min, 8gb, 3535408kbps bitrate file exports to 4 min, 670mb, 20135kbps bitrate file no matter if the quality is set to 69% or 100%.

If I run with no hardware accelleration it outputs as expected.

    H.265 / HEVC
    Ultra Quality - Video: H.265 / HEVC; CRF: 20; Audio: AAC - 320 kbps

  2. I just tried other H.265 presets:
    NVidia - High Quality - Video: NVidia H.265 / HEVC; CRF: 20; Audio: AAC - 320 kbps
    &
    NVidia - Normal Quality - Video: NVidia H.265 / HEVC; CRF: 30; Audio: AAC - 192 kbps
Those produce the exact same file sizes and bitrates as the above Ultra Quality.
I uninstalled VSDC and reinstalled it. Same problem.
What could I be doing wrong?
