Hi,
Please can you tell me what these dark trails are called which are seen to the right of the white dots on this jumper?
Knowing this may help me to work out what is needed to remove them although they don't distract from the video too much.

Comets. They are just inverse comets, as the "overload" of the preceding white causes the tube camera to temporarily reduce sensitivity in order to recover. Kind of like how when your eyes see something too bright, it sees "spots" for a few seconds/minutes. And those are usually inverse as well.
