    It means you have a Invalid floating point operation the program crashed trying to do something it can't

    Like convert an AVI which has bad frames, or the famous 99% error when there is no audio left

    Use Vdub to fix the AVI if its happening before the 99% finish.
    Video audio streaming, save out another copy.
