Ok, i have an AVI file of the replacements, Its a dvd rip however. The fps on the AVI is stated as 23.976fps but i want to encode these AVI's to VCD using Kwags template (NTSC FILM) but my DVD player (TEAC DV 2150) does not play NTSC FILM movies smoothly so i was wondering if i should use the 3:2 Pulldown option in TMPGEnc when encoding?? I have tried doing short encodes with this option however i always get these lines like interlacing or something whenever there is motion. How can i correct this??
