    Hello,
    I wanna ask about Panasonic NV-HS960 vcr this is normal if I disconnect power(cable) my settings will be clear? clock working...
    But panas always after disconnect power ask about lang/auto-setup(scan tv) and not save settings.

    It's normal. It may remember the settings for a few minutes if you're lucky

    Does it have a button cell type battery inside? if so replace it.

    I resolved problem I connected vhs using scart cable to tv and he auto import programs from tv. After this vcr no more asking for lang/auto-setup. No more also problems with saving settings.
