Nah, still jitters like crazy. I noticed however, that your overall bitrate is variable, whereas mine is constant. I wonder if that has to do with anything.

Chris, I'd try cracking your DVD with DVDShrink to get the raw VOB/s to look at (it has been able to decrypt most DVDs).
For DVDShrink:
For ripping Main Movie only:
-Choose Re-Author.
-On the DVD Browser tab, drag the main title to the left window
-On the Compression tab:
-Choose no compression
-Untick all unwanted Audio and subpicture items
-Click Backup!
If you want, Edit>Preferences> Output Files tab and untick 1gb chunks. You’ll then get 1 big VOB. -
I did that with WinX DVD Copy Pro, Alwyn. One of the many different things I've tried.
When cloning the DVD to an ISO or Video_TS Folder, the actual videos worked beautifully when QTGMC de-interlaced. The downfall is, I can't get the 1GB VOB files to merge seamlessly. I'd tried with an FFmpeg script and other various apps, but there's always a glitch, stutter, frame drop, audio drop, etc., right at the end of one VOB continuing onto the next. So I had to scrap that one a long time ago as well. -
Just suggesting different options. The workflows you used didn't work. Others can be tried. For example, DVDShrink will give you one big VOB (as per my post above), with, from what I have seen, no issues at the joins. And AVIDemux will join up a VOB set and recontainerise them into one MPEG 2.
Then IVTC the single VOB. -
I'll have to try that when I get a chance.
Thank You for the suggestion, Alwyn.
