I created a file on another subtitle software but have to create a 'starting point' so that the synchronization of the subtitles file will start right from the first second, so the guy that I will send him the subtitle file, we will have a great synchronization. I tried to take the subtitle file I created in another program, and add another subtitle timeframe in adobe premiere, but I can not export the file properly, I am desperate what else can be done?
