Can I get preset info of encoded video?

I have a movie ,i wanna know it encoded using which preset
Presets like...ultrafast, fast, medium, slow, placebo etc.

I encoded a short test clip using each of the x264 presets then used MediaInfo to build the table in this post:

subme can be used an indicator for the preset. But one can modify individual settings so that won't always be accurate.

You can do the same for other codecs that store the settings in the metadata.
