FFMPEG encode keep first track audio

in video there is like 4~5 audio. following parameter suppose to keep the first track and remove the rest of track while encoding right? i tested but still asking for confirmation.

[code]-map 0:0 -map 0:1 other encode parameter[code]

now another question came in my mind. if there is multiple audio and lets say in original video default audio is track 3. norally first track set as default but still in case if happen. is there any command that ffmpeg will keep the default track only?

Use a GUI like clever Ffmpeg-GUI and select the streams with easy.
