    It tells the problem at the bottom, you have some Microsoft Visual c++
    Redistributable updates missing

    Download and install the 32 and 64 bit versions

  2. I'd like to thank all you guys!
    All problems were solved.

    After a system restore, my Microsoft Visual C++ was a real mess.

    Trying to install 2015 version, it refused. Error!!!@@@@

    I had to uninstall 2019 and 2017.
    So, I could install all of them again and FINALLY, I could open an AV1 codec in AvsPMod and Virtualdub.
